    Chalupa Barbolica sa nachádza v horskej obci Vernár v národnom parku Slovenský raj. Z obce Vernár je možné podnikať pešie túry na vyhľadávané miesta Slovenského raja ako je napríklad Veľký Sokol, Suchá Belá, Prielom Hornádu a Kláštorská roklina.
    V blízkosti obce sa nachádzajú preferované turistické oblasti Dobšinská ľadová jaskyňa (10 km), vodná nádrž Dedinky (22 km) a Vysoké Tatry-Poprad (20 km). Autom je možné podnikať výlety za poznávaním kultúrnych pamiatok Spiša a Gemera (Levoča, Spišský hrad, Betliar, Krásna Hôrka).

    The Cottage Barbolica is situated in Vernár, a distinctive mountain village surrounded by the picturesque landscape of the Vernár Creek Valley, close to Kráľova hoľa, directly in the National Park of the Slovak Paradise (Slovenský raj) in the Low Tatras (Nízke Tatry).
    The village location provides you a lot of possibilities for relax and rest: e.g. lovely walking-tours and cycling routes directly in The National Park Slovak Paradise or in the Low Tatras.
    The spacious terrace is a lovely place for an undisturbed relaxation, sunbathing or for an evening barbecue in the healthy and fresh air.
    Vernár is a well-known ski-centre - Ski slope Vernár - Studničky (length 1250 m) is placed directly in the village. You can also try an attractive skiing in the Ski-centre Telgárt, which is just 9 km far away from Vernár.
    The town Poprad, located also very close to Vernár, offers to visitors rich opportunities for spending their free time - you can visit historical monuments (for example a beautiful reconstructed town Spišská Sobota with well known altar designed by Master Pavol), galleries or modern shopping centres (Max, Asko, Nay, Tesco). Widely known thermal park AquaCity Poprad with a whole range of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, slides, flumes, children’s play areas, saunas and steam rooms, bars, cafés and restaurants is very attractive for tourists, too. The High Tatras, distant just 30 km, are an ideal yearlong centre for climbing, skiing or alpine tours.

    Willkommen auf den Internetseiten der Hütte „Barbolica“, die sich in der landestypischen Ortschaft Vernár befindet. Die Gegend unter der „Königlichen Alm“ (Kráľovou hoľa) in dem National Park „Slowakisches Paradies“ Národný parku Slovenský raj, die direkt an das Naturschutzgebiet Vernárska tiesňava angrenzt, ist rauh und malerisch zugleich.

    Die 30 km entfernte Hohe Tatra ist das ideale Ziel für alle Liebhaber der Natur, und zwar das ganze Jahr lang.
